When do you install holiday lights?

Installs run November through mid-December and are booked first-come. Booking opens in October — the earlier you request, the better your choice of install dates. Takedown happens in January.

Do I use my own lights, or yours?

Either. We can supply commercial-grade LEDs for a clean, even look, or the crew can install lights you already own. Tell us which you prefer in your request and we’ll price it that way.

Do you take the lights down?

Yes — January takedown is part of the plan. Ask about storage when you book, and we’ll confirm what’s available for your home.

How does pricing work?

Every quote is free and priced for your specific home — for lights, that’s based on roofline, stories, and any trees or walkways you want lit. We confirm the quote with you before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Do I need to be home?

For the quote walkthrough, it helps if you’re home so we can agree on the design and details. For the install or cleaning itself, you usually don’t need to be home as long as we have access.

What if I need a job that isn’t listed?
